2012 Business of the Year Awards
We were so pleased this year to be nominated in the small business category for the Red Deer Chamber of Commerce 2012 Business of the Year Awards, but we were even more privileged to have three of our clients as finalists in their categories.
Using QR Codes
For those who don’t know, QR codes are those funny block barcode patches that have been showing up worldwide on park benches, brochures, menus, flyers and more. Once scanned with one of the dozens of QR code phone apps available, it can direct you to any number of online resources. Webpages, Twitter, You Tube, phone numbers, logins, calendars, Skype, Paypal, the possibilities are virtually endless.

A New Heading
With change in the winds, and a decree from the man in charge to blog, I (Faye) decided it was time to sit down and have a heart to heart chat with REaction Marketing’s own Meghan Gustum. After some minimal preparation I decided to “just wing that mother” and asked her some down to earth questions.
REaction in Downtown Red Deer
On January 2nd REaction Marketing opened its doors at our new Downtown location after a jam packed holiday of renovations and moving boxes, not to mention some ridiculously heavy desks. After lugging a particularly troublesome cabinet up a flight of stairs, Mike leaned against the wall and said, “Man I’m glad I have an office job.”
